Ron's Favorite

one large serving

1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk
half a scoop of powered protein
one banana
tablespoon of Sucanat
five frozen strawberries
tablespoon of flax or hemp oil
(this oil helps you lose weight so don't worry about the added calories)
