Vegan on purpose

So I know I said I would start my liquid fast ,but I'm still at my mothers house and it is very difficult to turn down my mothers home tossed salad (get it instead of home cooked meal-they say the joke probably isn't funny if you have to explain it). No seriously my mother has been trying to make me food so that she can be satisfied with the fact that I ate. She has come up with a really good one too. She makes me Cabbage Stir Fry. I'm not sure if she made it up or not ,but it's yummy. I think it's majorly low in calories too. I love it either way.

One thing I have adhered to is being vegan. I'm sure here and there I've slipped ,but I'm definitely getting closer to being able to say that I'm a vegan now. I will be leaving my mothers house tuesday morning (it seems I don't want to leave so each day it gets pushed back). I will be starting a liquid fast on the next day. Stay tuned!
